Foreign wine — refers to the general term for imported alcoholic beverages. It includes various types of alcoholic drinks with different alcohol contents, such as spirits, beer, wine, and liqueurs.The production process of wine cannot do without the fermentation process. Through the action of yeast, it decomposes sugars into ethanol (alcohol) to form a drinkable liquid. The ethanol content is between 0.5% and 75.5%, and it also contains certain nutrients and flavor components. There are tens of thousands of types of wine around the world, and there are great differences in the raw materials used for winemaking and the alcohol content of the wine. To facilitate understanding and memory, people classify them in different ways.If classified by production raw materials, it can be roughly divided into seven categories: grain wine, spice and herbal wine, fruit wine, milk and egg wine, plant sap wine, mead, and mixed wine; if classified by drinking occasion, there are differences between aperitifs (appetizers), table wines, after-dinner wines, and special drinks; if classified by alcohol content, there are low-alcohol wine, medium-alcohol wine, and high-alcohol wine; if classified by the nature of the wine, they can be summarized into three categories:1.
